This will be an evening you will enjoy and remember for a long time. Best, P & J. Check them out at: https://www.moorsandmccumber.com. "Moors and McCumber create that rare chemistry that happens when two gifted singer- songwriters and multi-instrumentalists perfectly complement each other’s strengths, a modern day version of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. James Moors and Kort McCumber grew up in different places and listening to different kinds of music – classical, rock, bluegrass, you name it. But when they met eleven years ago they knew they’d found something golden. Since then, they’ve been cultivating their wide-ranging musical influences in songs that delve into love and life through haunting lyrics, soaring harmonies, and dazzling instrumental proficiency. Dylan, Guthrie and Earle are the names that come to mind whenever their enchanting tunes come full blast out of a good set of stereo speakers."

Hi all, We are back at it this Thursday eve performing at Java Groove in downtown Evergreen. Sure hope you can make it as we usher in Maria Rosa Galter and hear about Africaid, a program that is focused right now on teaching young girls to be leaders in Tanzania. Go to the website or email Maria for more info: www.africaid.com maria@africaid.com

A few years back, I wrote the song ‘These Things Matter’ which addresses Africa’s plight and challenges our paradigm. We will perform this song as well as share a good number of original heartfelt songs. Should be a special evening and one that makes us all aware of what’s goin’ on in our world and challenges us to think beyond ourselves to contribute to those who need it most. Please join us! Much love, JohnE.

More... The work of AfricAid will be presented. Evergreen’s own Maria Galter, AfricAid’s Executive Director, and Jana Kinsey, Tanzanian Country Director, will share information about this great organization.

Now entering its 14th year, AfricAid touches the lives of thousands of girls who are poised to become the next generation of women leaders in Tanzania. AfricAid teaches young women the art of visionary leadership, the importance of personal integrity and good life choices, and how to transform their communities.
